Questions, answered.
Do my fans need an account to tip me?
No. A fan opens your link, picks an amount or a gift, adds a note and pays. There's no sign-up for the person tipping.
Can fans follow me without an account?
Yes. They tap Follow, enter their email and a 6-digit code we send them, and they're following you. They then get an occasional email with your new posts, with a one-click unsubscribe. You see how many people follow you, never their email addresses.
What does SendKudos cost?
Your page is free. We take a platform fee from each payment — lower on the Pro plan — and the exact percentages are in the fee table in the pricing section above. Fans never pay extra on top of the amount they choose.
Which currencies can fans pay in?
Naira, Dollars, Pounds and Euros. Naira goes through Paystack and the other currencies through Stripe. You see everything in your dashboard and withdraw to your Nigerian bank account.
How do I get paid?
Verify your identity and add your bank account, and your earnings are paid out to it automatically. Pro creators can also withdraw instantly. A small bank-transfer fee is shown on each payout.
Can I sell things on my page?
Yes, two ways. Offer a monthly membership with members-only content, and add a Shop tab that links to wherever you sell your products. The Shop links out to your own store — SendKudos doesn't take payment for those sales.
Can I use SendKudos with my stream or website?
Yes. Add tip alerts, a goal bar and a supporter ticker to OBS or Streamlabs, and put a Support button or card on your own website. Both are in the Live Widgets section of your dashboard.
Is adult content allowed?
No. SendKudos is for tips and support for real work. Sexually explicit material and sexual services aren't allowed anywhere on the platform, including members-only content, and we review reports.
How do I get help?
Email support@sendkudos.ng and a person will reply.
